Top Notch is owned by the Jed Jacobs family, a 4th generation ranching family. Located in southeast Idaho, the Wind Rivers mountain range (Home of the Grand Tetons) is the backdrop to our feed lots. With generations of ranchers and locally-grown beef, you are guarunteed the best quality and price on our jerky.
We own and control nearly every aspect of the business, which allows us to keep our prices low. We handle all the fabrication and processing of the cattle, as well as produce and package all our Top Notch beef jerky and meat snacks at our own state-of-the-art production facility located just minutes from our feed lots in Sugar City, Idaho.
