We own and control nearly every aspect of the business, which allows us to keep our prices low. We handle all the fabrication and processing of the cattle, as well as produce and package all our Top Notch beef jerky and meat snacks at our own state-of-the-art production facility located just minutes from our feed lots in Sugar City, Idaho.
