J. You can tell they use top quality beef in all their products. The dry cut chili lime has a nice flavor with a slow heat at the end. Not too spicy just right. Dry cut is what it says it is dry and your mouth provides the moisture and still somehow it isn't chewy or stringy like other companies. Just great flavor. Can't wait to try all their products.
